OneGenE Vitis is a user-friendly and interactive web resource for analyzing grapevine (Vitis spp.) gene networks. It finds causal relationships among genes using the transcriptomic data.
OneGenE is based on the PC-algorithm, (Spirtes and Glymour, 1991), a Gaussian graphical model (GGM) that finds causal interactions from observational data (see gene@home).
OneGenExp Vitis is designed to provide the OneGenE-computed expansion lists of the gene(s) specified by the user, computed on two transcriptomic datasets, the Vespucci datasets released in 2016 and 2022.
