OneGenE Vitis is a user-friendly and interactive web resource for analyzing grapevine (Vitis spp.) gene networks. It finds causal relationships among genes using the transcriptomic data of the Vitis compendium VESPUCCI (http://vespucci.colombos.fmach.it/).

OneGenE is based on the PC-algorithm, (Spirtes and Glymour, 1991), a Gaussian graphical model (GGM) that finds causal interactions from observational data (see gene@home).

OneGenE Vitis is designed to i) provide the OneGenE-computed expansion lists of the gene(s) specified by the user, ii) perform network analyses based on these lists, such as the visualization of the network formed by the input genes or its expansion to find new interacting genes.
